Ashley Hoffman is the Outreach Coordinator at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation where she organizes the Military Outreach Program and works to expand awareness of the Center's research and increase its visibility through online outreach initiatives and congressional interaction.

Prior to joining the Center, Hoffman worked at the World Security Institute, where she coordinated public and media outreach and managed and edited the organization's various publications. She has conducted research abroad, studying conflict resolution in Vukovar, Croatia and human rights and Islam in Aalborg, Denmark. Hoffman also previously worked as a reporter for The Daily Iowan, covering the "women and minorities" beat, and has received several awards for her dedication to covering issues relating to social change.

Hoffman holds a B.A. in International Studies and Journalism from the University of Iowa.
